expired posts

Might it be an idea for posts that count towards server access to expire after say a year or whatever? This might encourage activiy and maybe reduce some of the traffic and make it fairer for active members.

this section exists ( visible only for the staff ) and in this section are already many threads, and the reason is, as you wrote, musogeek, that the posting-counter remains on high level
