Scrolling Latest Posts on Right Hand Side

Is it possible to re-stict what is displayed in the scrolling posts on the right hand side to only show what you are entitled to view?

A number of times I've seen a post that looks intrested and clicked on it, to get the error about you don't message.

Don't know if this is a simple as the {Hidden post count} thingy you use on the servers or if there is more involved in it than that!

(Or can you make the subject less intresting so I don't look )

Good point. Another thing, the side bar that shows all the posts, sometimes I miss a good post, and I can't scroll up or down to see it again...
