Is it possible to have a page or section at the top of the page with the last 10 Post in threads.

So it's easier to see the latest posts.

I k now there is a section on the right of the forum scrolling but it just dosn't feel right to me?

Yes I guess so,

I was just thinking of one at the top that Automaticly refreshes every 30seconds or so.
So does an Auto-reload.

The one scrolling to the right only seems to load the first time you access the page.

Is it possible to get this to Autoreload?

At the top there is a section button called "new posts." If you click that it will bring up a list of all the latest posts since you last visited.

Very embarresed to say I din't even see that until you pointed it out.
That's what I was after it make it much easier to have a look at the recent activity.

I spent many many hours on the forum before I even noticed it myself...I wanted to slap myself when I found it about 3 months too late

It's not easy to notice...
