...because 4MB is over the filesize limit imposed on the forum.

Files that big should be hosted somewhere else, with a (non-live) link to it placed in your post.

Have a look at how other people do it on this forum, or use ****** to find a free hosting site.

this is definitely a displaying bug. cuz if i try to upload a .rar file it caps at 5MB and not 95.37 MB ^^

No live link examples :

1. Use : "_" before link like this _http://example.com or _www.example.com

2. Use : "*" inside link like this h**p://example.com or w*w.example.com

3. Or any other method

I think, the reason live links are not to be used is they cause security holes in the hosted servers to each site they provide live links.

This is an interesting point because I once made the mistake of posting a live link....

What do you mean by the term "security hole" in this instance? How does this affect satlover.com and it is prohibited?

I think, the reason live links are not to be used is they cause security holes in the hosted servers to each site they provide live links.

The reason is Search engines, by using live links you increase that forum/website rating because will have many links from you to them, that means for a search engine that is an interesting site, so you can be in situation that a specific site will infact be before satlover displayed on searches because they have lots of links to them.

That's the point, basically is like you make advertise for them for free
