Main Menu Links

When clicking 'Forum', 'Download' or 'News' in Main Menu in upper left side, Firefox loads page in a new tab per default and Internet Explorer opens a new window. It would be nice if the pages just loaded in the current tab/window. Dunno if forum has been setup intentionally to behave like that, but it is a bit annoying in my opinion

Any chance for this to be changed ?

now i check firefox open in curent tab
and ****** hrome same
iexplorer open in curent window

I've bever actually used those links, but personally I prefer things to open in their own tab.

That way it keeps your browsing history separate, so when you finish with one thing, just close the tab. If its all in the same tab, you have have to keep clicking 'back' until you get back to where you want to be.

i always open links in new tab and when i finish reading just close tab
and im on main page

You could always copy and paste the link by right click loool

Thats how this forum is coded, unfortunately I doubt this request will be fulfilled, partly because as sonc said, it is actually more useful to most people. But if you insist right click and paste link :S

Top menu loads pages in same tab -- will use that from now. So no problems afterall

everyday i navigate to satlover dot com i log in on the right side and then click on the textlink "forum" from the main menu.
ffox always open a new tab. i couldn`t manage my mousepointer to always use the links on the head of the page so that no new tab is opened

In my opinion by default the link should open in the same tab/ window. If someone wants to open it in new tab, he can simply right click and choose open in new tab.

just click middle button once and link will open in new tab no need right click = open in new tab
