In end of last month we was move to new hosting server.. but forum @ old host not close by misstake sorry.. it was closed after 2-3 days when i saw some members login there

1-this section should be divided into 5 parts
2-each post should called contribution (only for the best contributors in this section)

the time now is setup on GMT but the problem still on the minutes ... and i think those settings had no effect on the forum functioning ... aren't they ?

When a post is deleted the forum software (vbulletin) decreases the post count also. A quick search on on vbulletin.org shows that there are ways to stop the software reducing the post count when posts are deleted. Have a look here, for example,

I can't see the actual coding involved because as well as registering you also need a vbulletin license number (which I don't have). However it looks like a one-liner to change.

The other option instead of deleting old posts is to move them into hidden areas of the forum (these already exist) where no-one can access them. This will maintain peoples hard earned post counts without any changes to the vbulletin software.

I AGREE i had more than 150+ post before server crashed and they were'nt retrieved

I wish to answer to all about post deletions.
Mods and admin can or better MUST delete posts if those are against board rules.
To check and delete posts requires time and no one do it for his pleasure!
No one of mod's staff delete posts choosing users but we only watch if post is in rules according!
For each post deleted users receive an automatic messages that reports:
1) deleted post
2) reson of deleting
3) name of mod that has deleted your post
So if you've reasones to discuss about an unjustified delete, you can contact mod and show him your reasones.
For my experience the reasones of deleting mostly are:
1) live link posted
2) posts with files or link without any comment
3) posts with, or without files, posted yet

So take care when you post and no one your post will be deleted.
