I think there should be a restriction for members also for the third server that would make it more stable. Say atleast 15-20 posts needed to get the server 3 lines that would stop members with 0 posts copy+paste lines and also make contribution to the forums.

This looks good

Server 3 (2500 lines) is now split into 3 sections of 500, 1000 and 1000 lines

Only the first 500 are visble initially. Each of the other 2 sections become available when your post count increases.

Server 4 (1500 lines) is also split into 2 sections of 500 and 1000 lines.

The first 500 lines are visible when your post count reaches 50 (no change), the remaining 1000 lines when your post count reaches 75.

Server 2 and Server 1 are unchanged.



So anyone visiting soley for a quick cut and paste will now be restricted to 500 lines only .

Hopefully this will help make server 3 and 4 more stable

Why is it a problem? If you stay and contribute you will get to 600. So the most active users who contribute the most get the best C lines.

If anything, 100 posts for Server 2 is a bit low. 600 for server 1 is about right.

For the server 3 stability, it would make much more sense to apply a certain condition to see even the Free4Ever C lines, at the very least a membership to this forum to be required because at the moment many people are taking the absolute mick and ruining the server. Il give you an example..._http://www.******/ this website here gives all the free c lines AS SOON as satlover updates the port or username for the free4ever lines.

I think the free c lines need to be maintained in terms of having them distributed to active members who will benefit from them. As I have said before, there is no use supplying free c lines to people who have never even heard of www.satlover.com before let alone visited the site.

in my opinion (even if i`m a new member) it doesnt really makes sense if you increase the number of posts to get access to a server by one billion.
they always could get postet around the whole net.

i think i would be rather better if you are connected and have successfully logged in to a server you cannot get kicked out by another person, trying to connect with the same credentials although i dont know if this is possible by ccam.

Server no 2 is free. You only need more than 100 usefull post.

It's a cheap and easy way to make people aware of this site. Freeriders gets a taste of which channels are unlocked and when they cba to keep changing username/pass/port, they check out the site for better options.

I agree to a certain extent, but these people give out the c lines within minutes of a change in port or username and it completely destroys the server 3 output where its beyond the point of useless. Some people might not have alot of knowledge to be able to contribute to the forum enough to gain access to the higher servers, but if they are active members that are learning, like me, it would make sense for them to have a decent standard of server since they are part of the satlover community, contributing wherever they can. Instead, people abuse it and spread it to absolute clowns who give it out the various websites. If you have search the internet for c lines you will eventually come across www.satlover.com sooner or later anyway, but whatever really, its up to the admin what he does with his servers.
