Hi newbie Learning View Sat Channels On Pc

Hi. Names Rick 35 years old', Moderator on Ps3Repack.net. Wanted to know if its possible if I find a tutorial on getting my sky channels through my TV card on PC using a cline. My PC connect to my 55 inch TV so would love to have the option of Premium channel direct to my TV via PC without using a VU Box or Sky box. Sorry if this sounds dumb really am new to this any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
