baffled new member

Hi all

I've just joined this site and hope to find someone to help me set up clines on my spider box 9000.

I tried one of these 24 hour trials over the weekend and although I followed all the info regarding inputting of the clines I found on the web all the channels were still scrambled.

Is there something special I need to do or can someone give me a bit more advice
