DVB Dream is DVB player with many nice and unique features (more below),
it supports standards DVB-S, DVB-C, DVB-T.

- rewritten record manager, recmng.dll, it should have better MPG
record quality (for MPEG-2 channels)
- fixed the bugs reported for previous beta
