On 8 November, BSkyB announced the acquisition of 10 million subscribers TV, a number that represents 36% of British and Irish households. Approximately 1 / 3 of these subscribers have Sky + HD, while the 1 / 4 has gained support triple play (Sky Talk - Broadband - TV).
