Launched by Chinasat 6A

On September 4 was launched the satellite Chinasat 6A rocket Long March. Made by China Aerospace Science & Technology Corp (CAST), the new satellite is owned by China Satcom and placed in orbital position 125E. It features 8 band transponders Ku, 24 C band and a band S. The Chinasat 6A will replace ChinaSat 5C and used for the provision of television channels, telecommunications and Internet services to China.
