The leading Spanish cable operator ONO has launched a major TV, press, outdoor and online publicity campaign to highlight the benefits its DOCSIS 3.0-based 50 Mbps internet access service.
According to the operator, the service is already available to 2.5 million households through its fibre-optic network, whose reach is due to be expanded to 7 million households in the coming months. In the campaign, ONO says that the deployment of the 50 Mbps service is a “giant step” that makes Spain comparable technologically to Japan.
