C More Entertainment has named Charlotte Repholtz as its new country manager in Denmark, where she will have responsibility for Canal+ and Canal9.
Repholtz holds a strong CV having previously held similar positions for the BBC Worldwide and most recently National Geographic Channel, where she was General Manager Nordic.
“I am delighted with the challenges of my new job and look forward to working with two very exciting TV products,” says Repholtz. At Canal+, we must, among other things increase the knowledge of our strong movie package and further build on the exclusive sports portfolio. Canal9 is a very young channel that has not yet completed its first year. A massive job has been done in launching the channel and it will be very exciting to strengthen the channel and its unique rights further.”
Johan Kleberg, COO of Canal+ Nordic, also welcomed Repholtz on board: “With Charlotte Repholtz we found the right profile for the job. She possesses all the necessary tools required to continue the hard work that has already been done and she is well equipped to further develop the business of both Canal+ and Canal9.”
