Poland’s ad market is likely to remain relatively flat this year and only start to recover in 2011, according to a forecast by ZenithOptimedia.
Published by Rzeczpospolita, it shows spend could grow by as much as 7.3% in 2011 to reach almost PLN7.5 billion (€1.8 billion). This contrasts with projected growth for this year, which has recently been revised downwards to only 1.2%.
TV spend in 2011 is expected to grow by 7.7%, while internet expenditure should rise by a much larger 21.7%.
