French Bis-TV package in via4 in 2011

the 22th of January 2011, BiS Tv actual card won't work anymore.
Until this date, they will be replaced by Viaccess v4 card. French channel of the TNT will be available in HD with DolbyDigital+ audio.

I hope, this change to DD+ system in France will push presure on DreamMultimedia in order to have this norm implemented in the dreambox.
