Sky Sports News campaign marks relaunch

bskyb has marked the relaunch of its Sky Sports News as a pay-TV channel with a press campaign trumpeting its “all new look”.

The channel will be available to Sky Sports subscribers only from today (23 August) It was previously part of the Freeview package of channels.

The 24-hour service provides updates on live sports events, football transfer news and highlights.

Sky has been marketing its sports channel heavily over the last month in advance of the new football season.

The pay-tv company launched an Eric Cantona fronted campaign last month highlighting the variety of its sports service.

Sky has also been running comparison ads attacking the football package offered by BT Vision.

The two recently signed a deal enabling BT Vision customers to watch Sky

Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 at cheaper rates than Sky charges its customers following an Ofcom ruling

Cheaper rates is a fantastic word. Sky Germany would be a good company if they would lower their rates.
I read yesterday that sky Germany will offer the Bundesliga in 3D 2012. I think that this will be a chance to raise the rates and not lower

this is the new area of technology
almost of packages will broadcast in HD in may be in 3D because the SD doesn't offering the fantastic view for soccer match or even movies anymore.
        SD >> HD >> 3D >> ?D

I think that 3D will not have much success, this isnt real deal and it isnt helthy.
