Ku ka band

Hi does anyone get the irish free to air channels they are transmited on the KU/KA bands that means they have a deffinate beam pattern that can be limited to parts of a country, Ie like they could just transmit to the London area, Birmingham, manchester and liverpoool,with area's outside becoming fringe area's.
So maybe some one say on the west coast of the UK could get these channels.
