dreamboy69, go to free servers page, keep trying lines till you connect, servers3/4 working, do a bit of reading as lines change regular.
Do not send me iptv/cline requests,

technical or iptv/cline server questions in PM!

      I will not answer!

I had no problems until a week or two ago

I know the clines change daily at 4am. I have not changed any settings and usually clines work fine, some better than others. But recently nothing!

Its SLY internet and modem! Would SLY block me seeing as I may be accessing their subscription channels for free?

I have this in my router log:

          Tue, 2011-11-15 16:22:22 - UDP Packet - Source:192.168.0.50,64480 Destination:91.222.169.30,12000 - [DREAMBOX rule match]
Tue, 2011-11-15 21:38:55 - Send out NTP request to ntp1.isp.sky.com

What it mean? lol can any1 help please

          Regards

                Re: useing free cline

Yes have tried restarting router and dreambox SLY IP address is usually a dynamic IP address. I use portforward to make it a static one. Its worked fine in the past I can only presume because I use SLY internet SLY have blocked my router from using a dreambox. I dont understand the log but feel this is what is blocking me from using the free clines

If anyone can help I would be extremely grateful

                Cheers guys

i found that the ip 91.222.169.30 address comes from Ukraine
                  _http://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/lookup.php?host=ip-address-lookup-v4.com&ip=91.222.169.30&x=83&y=24

Yes, get off the sly internet provider if you intend of using caid 0963.
I would also not be surprised if they (sly uk) shared information with the other european sly providers ie the other caids that start '09xx' as they are all under the same parent company. Hence the caid ids' being what they are.

The "ntp1.isp.***.com" also backs up my estimate that your on sly internet as that address is their NTP address, used to sync the time on your pc/router with their server.

NTP stands for (Network Time Protocol). It's a protocol to syncronyze several device on a time/date.
