On Demand Group (ODG) has signed a new cross-territory deal with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. The deal will see some of the latest Fox blockbuster and library titles made available on ODG video-on-demand services in Greece, Cyprus, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Morocco.
Included in the package are recent hits including; Gulliver’s Travels, Rio, and 127 Hours, and library favourites such as; I, Robot, The Last King of Scotland, The Devil Wears Prada and Night at The Museum.
Tony Kelly, CEO of On Demand Group, said, “We’re very pleased to bring content from one of the world’s premier movie studios to our clients in South Eastern Europe and the Middle East, which is further evidence of our successful cross-territory content aggregation strategy and the development of compelling VOD services that we bring to operators. We fully expect to be able to announce further operator contracts in both regions shortly as further evidence of our rapid growth.”
Clients in the territories covered by the deal include, OTE in Greece, PrimeTel in Cyprus, and du in UAE.
