VIP selection how do?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you kindly a question , I tried magbox trials, and I wanted to pay the month to have vip access but when I press on "Add Mag Mac Address for VIP line" it tells me that I already have a mac active , I would like to ask you being a neophyte how can I take advantage of the vip options ,(I installed the IPTV extreme pro app on android and fire stick), sorry so much but I want to learn..... good evening
