When link don't work first always look at the date of the posted links, this one is from 2010, many old links you find here or on other forum/websites won't work anymore. If you can't find newer link you can always pm the poster to ask if he has the tool on his pc and ask if he can share it again, by for example posting zip file.
If you find new link post you are free to post it on forum with mentioning it replaces the old former link. Good luck

this thread (and attachment) it too old + I believe still problems with all downloads on the satlover forum ; you can try too ****** such a file, or pm the original poster (coolwar), but he/she isn't very active anymore when you look at the profile.
