Easily convert a file between various character encoding types
utfconvert is a small, easy to use, free Java program can be used to convert a file from one character encoding to another.
By default, utfconvert converts from UTF8, to EUC, since that is what I originally needed it for.
However, utfconvert can be used to convert between any two character sets that your Java runtime knows about.
