A free image viewer and editor in Java
PicView is an easy to use application that can open supported files from a dialog, list the supported files in the files directory; select, navigate and load images using this list.
Previous and next buttons are included for extra navigation, basic printing for those pics you want hard copies of and zoom, rotate features (which aren't quite yet completed beyond a basic level). To illustrate the app I have included screen shots.
Frame animation is now also supported, please view the changelog for further details
