you shall use newcs mgcamd/newcamd can't act as a server
read about newcs

thanks for the reply can you point me in the right direction for the info ive looked about but can only find info for local cards and not my sort of reshare

Mate this is not advisable if its a payserver and you only have 1 line you will get detected as logging in twice, ECM's will shoot sky high it just is not worth it.

I have one more dreambox (DM800) and a pc (Win 7 dvb viewer) with a skystar 2 in which i would like to get running as well but apart from paying a pay server there doesnt seem to many other options as i have tried running the same line behind my router firewall but they freeze all the time and there doesnt seem to be any free Thaicom lines about doesn't really seem to be part of fun of all this it if i just pay for another 2 lines . the Dm500 that does receive the share is running mgcamd and works fine does ccam have to be running on it as well or just have the config files that the other local boxs can see got to be worth a go and yes if i run the same line on 2 different boxs with 2 different internet connections 1 will work the server kicks the other one off i dont know how to check if a mgcamd/newcamd can be re-shared or not

Hi all i have spent days on and off reading everywhere and trying to get my dm 500 to reshare its working cline

i received the box with a working newcamd connection

CWS_MULTIPLE = 192.168.0.0 15000 root dreambox 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 (fake of course) which connects fine i changed the image and its all still working fine

What i would like to do is reshare this locally on my local lan i read it was ok to do behind a router just use the same cline but it freezes all the time on all the boxs ( 2 of them )

then i read about reshare with ccam but i dont understand how to get both running at the same time i would really appreciate some help i have looked everywhere for a free server but no one seems to be sharing thaicom 78.5 ku
